Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Launch! app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Sora (collectively, the "Application"). Sora is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

Launch! is an Android game distributed through Google Play. It shows advertising, offers optional in-app purchases, uses Google Play Games Services for sign-in and leaderboards, and records anonymous gameplay analytics. Each of those is described below.

What the Application collects

The Application and the third-party SDKs built into it collect the following when you download and use it:

Your device's Internet Protocol address, and the approximate location (country or region) derived from it
Your device model, operating system version, screen size, language and time zone
The screens of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on them
The Google Advertising ID (AAID), a resettable identifier used for advertising
Advertising events: which ads were requested, shown, clicked, or watched to the end for a reward
Your Google Play Games player ID and player display name, if you sign in
Your in-game progress, level completion and scores, including scores you submit to a leaderboard
Records of in-app purchases, in the form of an order ID and purchase token

The Service Provider does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise GPS location, or the contents of your device.

Identifiers used by the Application

The Application is not a website and does not use browser cookies. It relies instead on the following identifiers:

The Google Advertising ID (AAID), used by the advertising SDKs to limit repeated ads, measure ad performance, and where permitted to personalise ads. You can reset or delete it at any time in your device settings.
An app instance identifier generated by the analytics SDK, used to count sessions and retention. It is tied to the installation, not to you, and is destroyed when you uninstall.
Your Google Play Games player ID, if you sign in, used to save progress and identify your leaderboard entries.

Where applicable law requires consent before non-essential tracking, the Service Provider obtains that consent before those identifiers are used for advertising or analytics.

Advertising

The Application shows advertising through Unity LevelPlay, the mediation platform formerly known as ironSource. LevelPlay requests ads from several advertising networks and shows whichever returns the best available ad. Those networks receive your advertising ID, IP address, and device and ad-interaction information in order to select and measure an ad, and each acts as an independent controller of that data under its own privacy policy.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, personalised advertising is shown only if you consent. If you decline, ads are still shown, but they are non-personalised: they are selected from general context rather than from your advertising ID and interests. Your choice is passed to the advertising networks through the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework and Google's consent signalling.

You can change your advertising choices at any time:

In your device settings, under Settings, Privacy, Ads, you can reset the advertising ID, or delete it entirely so that apps receive no advertising identifier at all
In the same place, you can opt out of ads personalisation across all apps on the device
Where the Application offers an in-app privacy or consent setting, you can revisit your answer there

For residents of California and other US states with equivalent laws, the sharing of an advertising identifier with advertising networks may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You may opt out by deleting the advertising ID in your device settings, by declining personalised advertising where the consent prompt is shown, or by contacting the Service Provider at sorafuyuuu@gmail.com.

Google Play Games Services

The Application uses Google Play Games Services for sign-in, achievements, saved progress and the leaderboard. Signing in is optional; the game is fully playable without it, although leaderboards, achievements and cloud-saved progress are then unavailable.

If you do sign in:

Google provides the Application with your Play Games player ID and player display name. The Service Provider does not receive your Google account email address or password.
Scores you submit appear on the leaderboard together with your player display name and avatar, and are visible to other players of the Application.
Achievements and saved games are stored by Google against your Google account and are synchronised across your devices.

Play Games data is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. You can review or delete this data, or disconnect the Application, in the Google Play Games app under Settings, and in your Google account's Play Games data controls. Deleting your Play Games data for the Application removes your leaderboard entries and achievements.

Analytics

The Application uses Unity Analytics, part of Unity Gaming Services, to understand how the game is played: how far players progress, where levels prove too difficult, how long sessions last, and whether the Application crashes. These events are recorded against an app instance identifier and are reported to the Service Provider only in aggregate. They are not used to identify you and are not used for advertising.

This is separate from the analytics used on the Service Provider's website, which is described in the website's own privacy notice.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. Your payment method, card details and billing address are handled by Google and are never transmitted to or stored by the Service Provider. The Service Provider receives only an order ID and a purchase token, which confirm that a purchase was made so that the corresponding content can be unlocked, and which are retained for support and refund handling.

Refunds and payment disputes are handled through Google Play under Google's terms.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The advertising, analytics, sign-in and billing SDKs described above transmit data directly from your device to their own providers, as set out in their policies.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information the Service Provider discloses to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Third-party services used

The Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies covering how they handle data:

Advertising networks mediated through Unity LevelPlay act under their own privacy policies, which are listed in the Unity LevelPlay partner documentation.

International Data Transfers

The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms.

Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
Adequacy decisions or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms
Your consent, where required and legally permitted

Data protection laws in other countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required by law, the Service Provider will apply appropriate safeguards and obtain any consent required for the transfer.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at sorafuyuuu@gmail.com.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Data held by Google or by an advertising network under its own policy is best addressed to that provider directly, using the controls linked above.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to correct it, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The advertising described above is the only processing that may qualify as sharing. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact the Service Provider at sorafuyuuu@gmail.com.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to send important information, required notices, and, where permitted by law, marketing communications.

For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. The information the Service Provider requests will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling will stop the Application from collecting data from your device, but it does not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted to the Service Provider or to third parties.

Short of uninstalling, you can delete or reset the advertising ID in your device settings, decline personalised advertising, and sign out of or disconnect Google Play Games Services.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider retains personal data based on its necessity for the stated purposes:

User Provided Data: Retained for the duration of your use of the Application plus 12 months thereafter, unless longer retention is required by law
Automatically Collected Data: Retained for up to 24 months from collection, unless longer retention is required for legal compliance
Purchase records: Retained for as long as required by tax and accounting law
Play Games data: Retained by Google for as long as your account is linked, and deleted when you delete your Play Games data for the Application
Aggregated and Anonymized Data: Retained indefinitely as it no longer identifies you
Data required for legal compliance: Retained as long as required by applicable law

You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal obligation to retain it. If you want the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data submitted through the Application, please contact them at sorafuyuuu@gmail.com. Please note that some User Provided Data may be required for the Application to function properly.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.

Where a player is identified as being under the applicable age, or where the Application is delivered under Google Play's Families policies, advertising is served as non-personalised only, the advertising ID is not used for personalisation, and Google Play Games sign-in is not offered.

Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age in violation of applicable law. In the event the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided the Service Provider with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (sorafuyuuu@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Data Breach Notification

If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, providing information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.

The Service Provider's website

This policy covers the Application. The Service Provider's website has its own privacy and cookie notice, covering the analytics used there, at the website privacy notice.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-08-23

Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature or action. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Processing based on other lawful bases is carried out as described above.
